Message dated May 19 was received, stating the Governor read the                                    
following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies                              
to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                           
                                                                                                    
          SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 2 am H                                                        
          Urging the United States Congress to pass legislation                                     
          to open the coastal plain of the Arctic National                                          
          Wildlife Refuge, Alaska, to oil and gas exploration,
